Delivery & Collection Information

At Bidsy, we offer both delivery and collection options for your convenience. Please read the following carefully to ensure smooth fulfilment of your auction purchases.

Delivery Service

We offer optional delivery at checkout for customers within the East London main area, defined as a 20km radius from our premises at:

27 Manchester Road, Chiselhurst, East London, 5247

Delivery Details:

  • Flat rate: R350 per order
  • Delivery timeframe: Within 7 working days after payment has cleared
  • Available to: Residential and business addresses within East London’s main areas only
  • Carried out by: A combination of Bidsy’s own delivery team and trusted third-party contractors

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and accessible. Missed deliveries may incur rescheduling delays.

Packaging Notice

Please note that auction items are not packaged. Items are delivered or collected in their current condition, as shown in the product listing.

Collection Option

Customers are welcome to collect their items directly from our warehouse at:

27 Manchester Road, Chiselhurst, East London, 5247

Collection Times:

  • Monday to Friday: 09h00 – 17h00
  • Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: 09h00 – 13h00

Please bring your proof of payment and ID when collecting your item.

No items will be released until full payment has cleared into Bidsy’s account.

Important Timeframes

  • You have 3 calendar days to make payment after winning an auction.
  • You must collect or arrange delivery within 5 calendar days

Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your order and a 5% cancellation fee (deducted from your refund).
